Site Design & Develpment Fees and Web Hosting Fees
  1. Site Creation/Production (includes):

    1. 6 Public site sections/links (includes the front page)
    2. 6 Admin site sections/links where you will manage the content of the matching Public section (includes the front page)
    3. One hour of time to create a site logo with images supplied by you. PLEASE NOTE: I am not a graphic designer and my graphical work is limited. This can be outsourced at very reasonable pricing.
    4. Two hours of additional scripting, if necessary.
  2. Web Host (includes): $160 / year
    1. 200 MB of disk space
    2. 5 GB of Monthly Traffic
    3. Unlimited POP3/SMTP Email Accounts
    4. Media House Live Statistics
    5. And much, much more…
  3. A final launch date will be agreed upon before any work is started.
  4. We require the Domain Name Registration fee, Web Host fee, and a 50% non-refundable deposit of the Site Creation/Production fee before any work is started. Once the site is complete based on the above completion/launch date we require the remaining 50%. ONLY at this time will the site passwords and information be released to the site owner.
  5. In event the site owner does not pay the remaining 50% all domain names, web host services, and site files become the property of JoshIngram.com.
  6. Site owners are responsible for providing ALL images, color schemes, font preferences, and general design layout.
  7. Once the site is complete it is the sole responsibility of the site owner to update site content. In the event you want us to update site content please see the additional fees section below.

Additional Fees (if necessary)
  1. Additional time to create logo(s) and any other graphical work: $75 / hour
  2. Additional scripting time: $75 / hour
  3. Banner Ads (all sizes): $75 / hour
  4. Macromedia Flash Animation(s): $75 / hour
  5. If a site owner MUST have us update their content (which we discourage, please see above for details) we charge $100 / month and the site owner MUST sign a one year contract. In addition they MUST provide a 6 month deposit which will be applied in the latter six months of the contract
